Our data center initiative is a collaborative effort. We source skills and recourses from all divisions in the Eviny Group, and offer you comprehensive area solutions – all through a single customer interface.
Eviny is major figure in the hydro power industry, with power plants across western Norway. We have a strong, public ownership with major shares held by Statkraft and the City of Bergen.

Site development
Besides screening, developing and marketing potential sites, we provide a broad range of consultancy services to data center operators, municipalities or other interested parties. As a national and regional facilitator, we support you achieving your goals.

- First phase infrastructure assessment
- Site selection with sustainability verification
- Residual heat recovery assessment
- Site control and development
- Assistance in securing power grid and fiber access
- Consulting on zoning and regulations
- Handling applications for building permits and financing support services

Construction services
Through our expertise we offer a broad range of construction services. We can be your partner in project design and the building phase. We can contribute with consulting, but can also take responsibility for construction.
We can create a complete concept for an emission free construction site, with possibilities for charging vehicles and other machinery on site.
We work proactively with concepts for residual heat recovery, and will always strive to contribute to the circular economy and to optimise energy consumption.
Looking to further contribute to a lower carbon footprint? We can provide climate quotas and options for warrantees of origin connected to our hydropower production in Western Norway.
Services for established data centers
For established data centers we can provide a variety of services and segment solutions. To mention a few:
- Infrastructure related services
